Terms and Conditions for N.E.W.S. nv Webshop

a. Returns and refunds for products purchased through the Webshop are subject to N.E.W.S. nv's returns and refunds policy.

b. Products must be returned in their original condition and packaging, with all accessories and documentation included.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Belgium, without regard to its conflicts of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Belgium.
